Third and fourth graders are going to start the year studying baseball. They visited the National Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, NY without leaving Craftsbury, thanks to the Learning Network of Vermont. Students will also use the All-American Girls Professional Baseball League to research their favorite players.

Comic Life Projects
Students in grades K-8 have been using Comic Life software to turn digital photos into comics that teach positive behavior. Topics ranged from "Why to Clean Up the Hall" to "Bad Hair Day," but all the comics were designed to use local characters in real situations that illustrate good choices.
